Zipflow is a SaaS platform that allows hardware and field ops teams to build custom workflow applications, including field service forms, onboarding modules, asset registries, and maintenance workflows without developers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, and access tokens. Zipflow cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
Your data belongs to you. Zipflow claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. By using Zipflow, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, malicious, or unlawful content; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (d) use the Service for any competitive benchmarking or reverse engineering.
Our Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule depending on the pricing plan you select. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of all such taxes.
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation unless confirmed by our support team. Zipflow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. Zipflow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Zipflow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Zipflow reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
